REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT:
The guests are asked to provide 1000 eur on arrival in cash (refundable on the check out day).

- Yacht rental, car rental
- Transfer from the airport or ferry port to the villa and back

NOTES:
- The change day is Saturday, check in at 16:00, check out at 10:00.
- Guests are asked for a refundable 1000 eur deposit at check-in. The deposit is returned at the end of the stay if the villa is left in good condition and there is no breakage or damage to in the indoors or outdoors.
- Pets are not allowed
- Please note that the Villa does not include air conditioning, but guests find the open air design and cool interiors very comfortable.
SPECIAL NOTE ON SOLAR SYSTEM:
- The villa has a robust solar system with solar panels to charge the batteries, which supply the electricity. All lights, appliances and power outlets are powered by these large capacity batteries. The villa also has a generator. The villa does not allow the usage of high wattage appliances.

Villa Brac 2 is the amazing 2000 m2 wooded property, resting in complete privacy, sea facing, surrounded by magnificent nature. The villa has amazing outdoor living space with newly built swimming pool overlooking the sea, terraces housing outdoor kitchen and BBQ, sun decks, gardens on several levels, views the sea and private steps leading to the swimming platform, where you can find lounge chairs and umbrellas.
Our guests just love spending time around the villa, relaxing on the lounge chairs in nature, preparing meals on BBQ or having cocktails on the swimming platform, enjoying the amazing and magnificent crystal clear sea in the bay.
The villa has excellent award winning architecture, broad terraces, floor-to-ceiling doors, large picture windows and beautiful Brac stonework. The whole indoor/outdoor lifestyle is carefully designed to provide stress-free atmosphere and to capture you with sences of nature, sea and plants.
The villa sleeps 10 people. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. In the main house there are 3 bedrooms on the first floor, and the spacious ground floor consists of 1 bedroom, bathroom, open plan kitchen, dining and living room, with fireplace.
The huge Master bedroom, with en suite toilet, has floor-to-ceiling doors, opening to a large terrace with sea and garden views.
The other 2 bedrooms on the first floor share the bathroom.
The adjoining smaller house consists of additional bedroom (twin beds) with en suite toilet, which is suitable for additional guests, teenagers or staff.
